Why are Maine-oriented railroad colors so.....butt-ugly? Yellow engines, orange cabooses, pea-green passenger cars. Blah.

The Voltania Railroad
This blog was created to document the life and times of my model railroad, the Voltania Railroad as modeled in N Scale. It's purpose is to allow me to diversify my personal blog into areas specific as to interest (politics, news, model railroading, writing fiction, etc).
Currently, it's a fictional branch of the Maine Central with connections to Canadian National, Bangor and Aroostock, and Guilford. This means that it may span several decades since MEC and BAR both no longer exist, as having been purchased by other railroads - such as Guilford.
I hope you enjoy the picts and modeling stories that I share.
